The skilled service technicians in our workshop are fully equipped to provide a full back-up service for all our electrical, gas and refrigeration equipment.

Warranty

All products sold and manufactured by “Western Cape Catering and Refrigeration Equipment cc” and “CaterMarket” carry a 12-month warranty from date of sale.

The warranty on electrical equipment includes all parts such as switches, transformers, armatures, etc. as well as the labour and transport cost.

However, the warranty does not extend to wearing parts such as blades, bushes, belts, etc.
