Returns policy

Catermarket is confident that all products supplied will be according to specification as indicated on our website. Should this not be the case the buyer is entitled to return the product within 7 days after receiving.

All products must be returned in complete original packaging , undamaged and in good condition.

Warranty of Equipment

All products purchased from CaterMarket come with a standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

All warranty claims require a copy of the original invoice, model, and serial number. The warranty does not cover defects from misuse of equipment, incorrect installation or operation, lack of maintenance, and wear and tear on parts such as heating elements, belts, blades, glass, lights, etc. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by an outside source such as lightning, human abuse, electrical surges etc.

The warranty is a carry-inn warranty and the purchaser is expected to deliver the faulty item to the nearest accredited CaterMarket repair centre.

In the event of the product being installed on the premises of the purchaser the cost of visiting the premises (travelling time and distance) will be for the purchaser’s expense.
